Frequently Asked Questions

Don’t hesitate to contact our friendly team members for any questions.
How long does the treatment take?
A 60-minute booking usually takes around 90 minutes in total, while an 80-minute booking can take up to 2 hours. For group bookings, we recommend allowing 2.5 to 3 hours depending on the number of people.
Is teeth whitening suitable for everyone?
Most people are suitable candidates for teeth whitening, but results can vary depending on your teeth and lifestyle factors. It may not be recommended if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 16, or have certain dental conditions such as cavities, gum disease, or very sensitive teeth. We always suggest a quick consultation beforehand to make sure whitening is right for you.
03. What results can I expect?
Most clients see their teeth lighten anywhere from 10 to 16 shades after just one session. Results can vary depending on your starting shade, enamel type, and lifestyle habits, but you can expect a noticeably brighter, whiter smile straight away. With the right aftercare, your results will also last longer.
04. How does teeth whitening work?
Our treatment uses a professional whitening gel combined with an LED light to gently break down stains on the surface of your teeth. The active ingredients lift discolouration caused by food, drinks, smoking, and other lifestyle factors, leaving your teeth several shades lighter in just one session. The process is safe, non-invasive, and designed to give you noticeable results without damaging your enamel.
05. Is teeth whitening safe?
Yes! Our professional teeth whitening treatment is safe when performed by trained staff. We use a whitening gel with 6% hydrogen peroxide , which is within the safe limits for cosmetic whitening. The process is designed to minimise sensitivity while effectively brightening your smile.
06. Does the teeth whitening treatment cause sensitivity?
Some clients may experience mild sensitivity during or shortly after the treatment, but this is usually temporary and fades within a day or two. We use professional products and techniques designed to minimise sensitivity while still giving you excellent results.
07. Can I get my teeth whitened if I have crowns or veneers?
Teeth whitening only works on natural teeth, so crowns, veneers, or fillings will not change colour. If you have any restorations, we can still whiten your natural teeth to brighten your smile, and then discuss options for matching or updating your existing crowns or veneers if needed.
08. How long will a teeth whitening treatment last?
Results can last anywhere from 6 to 12 months, depending on your lifestyle habits such as drinking coffee, tea, red wine, or smoking. With good oral hygiene and occasional touch-ups, you can maintain a bright, white smile for even longer.
09. Should teeth whitening be done by a dentist?
Professional teeth whitening can be safely performed by trained and qualified practitioners, not just dentists. What’s most important is that the treatment is carried out using safe, regulated products and proper techniques to protect your teeth and gums while achieving optimal results.
10. Where can I receive my treatment?
We are a purely mobile teeth whitening service, which means we come to you! Whether at home, at your workplace, or another convenient location, we bring all the professional equipment and expertise needed to give you a bright, white smile without you having to travel.
11. What if I live outside the 30km radius of Melbourne CBD?
We provide service to all suburbs within a 30km radius and to some suburbs within a 40km radius. For locations beyond this, we’re happy to accommodate group bookings, and travel fees may apply depending on distance and group size—but in some cases, there may be no fee at all. Please contact us to discuss your location and options.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
If you need to reschedule your appointment and provide at least 24 hours’ notice, your $50 deposit will roll over to your new appointment—you won’t lose it. Giving us notice also helps us adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.
Do you offer gift vouchers or packages?
Yes! We offer gift vouchers and can tailor packages for groups or special occasions. They make the perfect gift for birthdays, weddings, or any celebration.
Is teeth whitening painful?
No, teeth whitening is generally painless. Some clients experience mild sensitivity during or after treatment, which usually fades within a day or two.
